The Real 2012: VAR's Convention and Expo will offer the Virginia Residential Standard Agency course twice. If you haven’t taken the new mandatory agency course, now’s the perfect time. You need it to renew your license, and we’ve made it as convenient as possible to meet the requirement. Approved for 3 Hours Residential Standard Agency.
