What is Quality Service Certification (QSC)?
QSC already provides thousands of real estate professionals with a proven customer satisfaction program. QSC conducts quality service training throughout North America leading to the QSC designation. Read more here.
Additionally, through its affiliation with Leading Research Corporation, QSC measures customer satisfaction by surveying home sellers and buyers following closing. An overall satisfaction score for each QSC sales professional is posted on the QSC consumer website www.QualityService.org
Is this certification approved for CE credit?
Yes. Both the classroom and online courses are approved for 4 hours CE and PL credit.
How do I become certified?
There are three pathways to certification:
- Attendance at a live program sponsored by a local Association or brokerage.
