Melanie S. Thompson, GRI Started Real Estate career in 1981 and got her brokers license in 1986. Managed various branches of the largest real estate company in the Historic Fredericksburg area.
Opened C21 AdVenture in 1990 and grew it to a 90 agent office ranking in the top 25 offices in the Century 21 system and is also now the number 1 Century 21 office in the mid-Atlantic region.
Promotes one stop shopping with Property Management, Relocation, Title/Settlement Services and a Mortgage company --all owned by her.
Rose in the ranks of her local association to Presidency and still serves on many committees. Winner of their most prestigious designation award- The Hall of Fame award.
Currently serves on the Policy Board of VAR
Recently remarried, she and her husband Tim share 4 children and one grandchild.
She loves to travel, read and spend time at her Potomac River property
