Sixteen lessons on the Code of Ethics are available on the VAR website, and have been approved for 1 hour of ethics for continuing education; 1 hour elective for post license education by the Virginia Real Estate Board. In addition, as an added benefit of completing the ethics course, if a majority of agents in a firm complete and pass the course, they may qualify for a lower insurance premium with the VAR endorsed Pearl E & O insurance program.*
