The Virginia Association of REALTORS® State Headquarters is located in the Virginia Center, at the Intersection of Interstates I-95 and I-295 just North of Richmond. Of course, you cannot enter the Virginia Center directly from either Interstate highway. Entrance is made on Virginia Center Parkway, from U.S. Route #1.
From I-295 North, exit on Route #1 North (Ashland). Virginia Center Parkway is on the right, at the stoplight. On Virginia Center Parkway, travel straight ahead for a half mile, then make your second left onto Telegraph Road. VAR Headquarters will be on your right.
From I-95 North, turn onto I-295 West (Charlottesville), then quickly exit on Route #1 North (Ashland). Virginia Center Parkway is on the right, at the stoplight. On Virginia Center Parkway, travel straight ahead for a half mile, then make your second left onto Telegraph Road. VAR Headquarters will be on your right.
