For only $150 Annual Dues, VAR 10-karat Gold Affiliate Members receive:

- A 5% discount and "first option" advantage when exhibiting at VAR trade shows, a $35 value. VAR trade shows sell out quickly, and this allows you to get the opportunity to get your reservation in early and your booth selection made first;
- Free subscription to the Virginia Home Sales Survey, a monthly statewide compilation of closed sales, homes under contract, and average prices in area markets, a $15 value;
- Access to, and special pricing on rental of the VAR membership mailing list;

The 18-karat Gold Member program offers all of the 10-karat Gold Member benefits, plus the following enhancements for only $1,000 Annual Dues:
- Special certificate noting your participation and recognition at the annual VAR Awards Banquet (Legislative & Education Conference);
- Opportunity to publish online article or "advertorial" in area of expertise on VAR website;
- 10% discount on booth space at VAR Tradeshow (Convention) and first option on booth site for prime location, a $75 value;

- 25% discount on full membership mailing list (sorts are charged at regular rate);

With the 24-karat Gold Affiliate Membership, you receive the following enhancements to the 18-karat Gold program for only $2,000 Annual Dues:

IMPORTANT: The 18-karat Gold Membership is available for only $1,000 a year, and the 24-karat Gold Membership is available for only $2,000 a year. We will accept up to 25 18-karat Gold Affiliate members, and up to 15 24-karat Gold Memberships. Any requests coming in after the membership is filled will be held for first-priority entry for the following year..
10-karat Gold Memberships are available year-round.
